Voice Over IP (VOIP) Design and Implementation

Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) support. We provide VoIP system administration support to over 10,000 CX-I users. This includes management of a VoIP call manager at the CX-I PoP that ensured communication with call managers at deploying unit locations and with call managers in the theater of operations to allow CONUS CX-I users to place calls throughout the CX-I network. NOVA contractors support over 350 VOIP handsets across 47 KIOSK and ADHOC connections.
