NOVA provides a broad range of O&M related Information Technology Services to sustain and enhance our customer’s mission critical networks and systems. Specific services include all Tiers of Service Desk Support, Windows/UNIX/Linux/zOS System Administration, SAN and Database Administration Support, Active Directory Administration, Network Engineering, System Engineering, Software Engineering, Communications Engineering and Tech Refreshes.
NOVA’s largest IT Services prime contract to date involved managing the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) global Information Technology Enterprise Network, known as DISANet. The work was performed out of Ft. Meade, MD and consisted of Tier I-III Service Desk and Network Monitoring Support, Server Operations and Maintenance, Telephone and VOIP Services, Information Assurance and Cyber Security Support Services, Engineering capabilities, and VTC services on a 24/7/365 basis. This support was required to ensure that DISA’s full complement of IT services was continuously provided to approximately 12,000+ users at 52 CONUS and OCONUS locations. The Enterprise employed over 550 physical and virtual servers on three classification levels, and used approximately nine (9) principle tool suites to monitor its world-wide status.
